The future of universities is once more clouded by political chaos
It seems like only last year that Playbook was writing a valediction to a first minister of Scotland. In fact, it was in February 2023 that we were reminiscing about our days at opposite ends of the McIntyre Building at the University of Glasgow with Nicola Sturgeon.
Life comes at you fast. That was before the forensic investigation tents on the former first minister’s lawn and the flatbed lorry removing a ‘campaign motorhome’ from her mother-in-law’s driveway.
