Singapore begins talks on Horizon Europe

R&I commissioner “warmly welcomes” Singapore’s interest in possible association

The European Commission and the Singapore government have started exploratory talks on the latter’s possible association to Horizon Europe, the EU’s research and innovation programme. 

They “will now enter a series of technical discussions” to assess the scope and “principles of a future association agreement before deciding whether to engage in official negotiations”, according to a statement released by the Commission on 23 April.
