Austria-based “ideas factory” will host international research collaborations on novel hardware
A research centre focused on the design and manufacture of novel technologies for use in the space industry has opened in Vienna, with the backing of the European Space Agency.
Known as Phi-Lab Austria and opened on 25 April, the facility is the first in a planned network of centres to operate outside Esa’s own premises.
