Sulf sues Royal Technology Institute after it replaces professor as head of million-euro EU project
Sulf, the Swedish Association of University Teachers and Researchers, is taking Sweden’s Royal Technology Institute (KTH) to court over the case of a professor who was replaced as leader of an EU project.
The professor, an engineer at KTH, was initially appointed as principal investigator and primary coordinator for an EU project that, according to Sulf’s submission seen by Research Professional News, was worth €8.8 million. However, according to the document, his leadership of the project was withdrawn on 13 October last year by KTH, which alleged he had made an administrative error on an intellectual property form.
