The funder sponsoring two-year postdocs Stateside

If you are a postdoctoral physical sciences or engineering researcher with your eye on an exciting lab in the United States, you should know about the Lindemann Trust Fellowships.

Run by the English-Speaking Union, these fellowships are for UK and Commonwealth citizens to pursue postdoctoral research in the US at a lab or institute of their choice. Typically, the trust awards four or five two-year grants a year, each worth $50,000 (£37,100) annually, with an additional £1,000 grant for travel costs.
