UUK releases calculator showing how much members could pay under contribution hike

Members of the Universities Superannuation Scheme will be priced out of saving for their pension if upcoming reforms are “blocked by union strike action”, vice-chancellors have warned.

On 7 October Universities UK (UUK) published a contributions calculator showing how much more its members will have to pay each month if changes to ease the financial pressures on the scheme do not go ahead.
