Soas head to stay on after investigation into N-word row

“Restorative justice approach” promised after external investigation into Adam Habib’s use of racial slur

The director of Soas Adam Habib is to return to work next week after stepping aside following a furious row over his use of the N-word.

In a 5 May statement the University of London institution said Habib would resume his duties on 10 May, after its board of trustees accepted the recommendations of the independent investigation into the incident.
