UCU pours cold water on employers’ offer of 1.5 per cent pay uplift
The University and College Union has rejected an offer for a 1.5 per cent pay rise in 2021-22 from employers, with the UCU labelling the offer “unacceptable”.
Employers offered no pay rise for the 2020-21 academic year, which caused talks on pay between employers and unions to break down without a resolution in January.
