Rapper’s programme for Black students expanded with cash from HSBC

A £2 million donation is to help support 30 Black students through the University of Cambridge over the next three years, as part of UK rapper Stormzy’s scholarship scheme.

Each student will receive £20,000 a year to cover tuition fees and maintenance costs, after HSBC UK made the donation through its partnership with Stormzy’s charitable #Merky Foundation.
