Minister discusses regulation needed for ‘truly transferrable’ modular study
Universities minister Michelle Donelan has said she will make sure the “right regulatory levers” are in place to support a shift towards more modular learning.
In a pre-recorded message for the Independent Higher Education (IHE) 2020 Policy Live conference on 28 October, Donelan said she wants to “build a system that allows truly transferable credits” between institutions, to allow students to pause and pick up their education.
