Findings point to problems in access work caused by the pandemic

Universities’ efforts to widen access and participation have been harmed by the Covid-19 pandemic, a government-commissioned review has found.

A report published by the International Public Policy Observatory, a partnership of think tanks and universities, on 9 September found “multiple and interlinked pressures on widening participation strategies” at universities.
