Pensions and research funding dominate the Easter headlines

The big news story today is all about pensions and the Universities Superannuation Scheme. As Fiona McIntyre writes on our site, Universities UK has pitched a “low-cost” option for membership of the USS as part of the group’s consultation on an “alternative path” for the troubled scheme.
