MPs have plenty of questions about the Turing scheme and cuts to official development assistance

It was a busy day in Westminster for universities yesterday, with the regular ‘education questions’ in the House of Commons followed by a debate on cuts to aid-funded research.

There will be more questions to come later today, too, as universities minister Michelle Donelan faces the Commons education committee at 10am. Playbook will of course be listening in. Before that, though, a recap of what was discussed yesterday.
