L’Oréal funds research into African skin problems

Cosmetics transnational grantees named in Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire and Madagascar

L’Oréal, the global cosmetics company, has announced three grant winners for its African Hair and Skin Research Grant programme.

The winners, based in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Madagascar, were selected from a shortlist of 23 applications. They will share a total of €16,000 (US$19,000) and receive mentoring in their one-year research programmes.
