Barnabas Nawangwe elected chair of African Research Universities Alliance board

A Ugandan has been elected to head the board of the African Research Universities Alliance.

Barnabas Nawangwe, the vice-chancellor of Uganda’s Makerere University, announced his appointment on 12 January.
