Fitness of purpose of doctoral training comes under scrutiny

The survey, launched in October, aims to gain better understanding of South African doctoral graduates’ career trajectories. It is funded by the Department of Science and Innovation, with support from the National Research Foundation, the Water Research Commission, the Department of Higher Education, and Universities South Africa.
