Nongogo hopeful another data system will be in operation within six months
The new chief executive officer of South Africa’s embattled National Student Financial Aid Scheme has promised to replace the funding body’s ailing IT system, saying he is “hopeful” this will happen within six months.
Andile Nongogo made his first appearance in front of Parliament’s portfolio committee on higher education, science and technology on 10 February.
