Economic Freedom Fighters call for rapid approval of Chinese and Russian vaccines

South Africa’s research community has slammed the Economic Freedom Fighters for the party’s attack on some of the country’s top researchers and the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority.

The row erupted last week when the EFF, the second largest opposition party, marched to demand that South Africa approve Chinese and Russian Covid-19 vaccines to speed up its vaccination drive.
