Biotech blueprint calls for help to grow Australian industry

                        

Improved research infrastructure and changes to patents and immigration are on biotech body’s wish list

Australia needs a “dual focus” on academia and industry to make the most of its biotechnology potential, an industry body has said.

A 2022-32 strategy called the Biotechnology Blueprint, launched by AusBiotech on 12 May, lays out an eight-part plan to grow the sector over 10 years.
