Australian-US artificial intelligence projects launched

            

CSIRO and NSF fund collaborative work as leading researchers call for an Australian AI strategy

National science agencies in Australia and the US have awarded grants to three collaborative artificial intelligence projects.

The AI projects, worth a combined A$3.1 million, were announced on 20 February. They will tackle pandemics, harmful emissions and drought.
