Social work courses and regional issues at heart of concerns about Australia's Job-Ready Graduates bill

Australian education minister Dan Tehan’s proposed university fee reforms look set to have a rocky path through parliament, with the impact on social work studies and regional universities among issues drawing increasing criticism.

This week, crossbenches added their concerns to internal dissent in the coalition government and peak academic bodies calling for a rethink of the Job-Ready Graduates bill.
