Australian anti-corruption commission would needlessly double up on state controls, government told
Universities should be exempted from proposed national anti-corruption legislation, the Innovative Research Universities group has said.
The IRU’s submission to the department of attorney-general Christian Porter (pictured) says that universities are already covered by state legislation and that the group has “concerns” about the federal proposals.
