Energy minister Angus Taylor takes temporary charge of Australia’s science portfolio
Australia is awaiting its third minister for industry, science and technology this year following the resignation of Christian Porter.
Porter resigned from the front bench of the government on 19 September. Energy minister Angus Taylor was sworn in as his temporary replacement on the same day.
