Private A$22 million donation will support research and education centres on meditation and contemplative studies
Two centres for “contemplative studies” are to be established at Monash University and the University of Melbourne thanks to a private donation of A$22 million.
A charitable foundation established by Martin Hosking, co-founder of the Redbubble website, and his wife Loreto will support the centres, which are expected to open in 2022. Redbubble’s market valuation is around A$1.4 billion.
