Australia’s researchers back compulsory integrity training

Most want more practical information, as more than one in ten report no training available

A majority of Australian researchers believe that research integrity training should be mandatory, according to a new study.

Work by the Australian Academy of Science in conjunction with publisher Springer Nature found that almost three-quarters of respondents thought such training should be mandatory “for all those holding a research position.”
