Honours degree programmes could bolster nursing research in Australia, but barriers remain
With its AU$20 billion-plus Medical Research Future Fund, few could say the Australian government is not interested in promoting health and medical research.
The fund, set up in 2015, supports research projects that contribute toward the MRFF’s priorities, including a desire to boost the research capabilities of the workforce as a way to improve health outcomes.
