Research agency joins up with national printer on topics including blockchain technology
The CEA, France’s public research organisation for energy, defence and technology, will partner with IN Groupe, a company owned by the French government, for a research programme aimed at making digital identity more secure.
In a statement published on 28 March, the CEA said the programme would centre on research in three areas: the use of decentralised identity and blockchain technology, so-called “anti-spoofing” detection of image fraud and risk analysis management at border crossings.
