Criticised dependence on ‘third-party’ funding may be waning, DFG report shows
Berlin and Munich continue to dominate the German academic research landscape as the cities collecting most research funding from external sources, according to a report from Germany’s largest public research funder.
The Funding Atlas 2021 of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) includes data for major public research funding providers in Germany and the European Union from 2017 to 2019.
