Commission R&D chief buoyant as final talks on EU’s 2021-27 R&D programme kick off
The European Commission’s top research official, Jean-Eric Paquet, has hailed a “constructive” first day of talks between the EU’s institutions on the final details of the bloc’s 2021-27 R&D programme, Horizon Europe.
“We continue to be on track to give Europe a research and innovation programme that will make a real difference,” Paquet (pictured) said on Twitter on 6 October.
