Provisions to recognise third country partners in grant agreements well received, Commission official says
Changes that make it simpler for researchers in the United States to take part in projects funded by the EU’s R&D programme have been “strongly welcomed” there, according to a European Commission official.
Since the launch of Horizon Europe earlier this year, the Commission has been keen to emphasise that the €95.5 billion programme has a more open and global approach than its predecessor, Horizon 2020.
