Projection comes as ERC grantees receive share of EU’s first-ever innovation transition awards
The success rate for European Research Council Starting Grants for early career researchers is set to skyrocket in 2022, having plummeted in the previous year, according to the prestigious EU funder of basic research.
It will come as a boost to researchers, who have long complained that the ERC has too little funding to support all of the excellent proposals it receives.
