Grenoble Battery Hub is joint endeavour from two international research facilities and a French agency
A group of leading research organisations based in France have signed an agreement to create a new centre for research in the country, focused on sustainable electrical energy storage.
The Grenoble Battery Hub will be a joint endeavour by two international research facilities—the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility and the Institut Laue-Langevin—and the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission. It will support research and innovation into making batteries more efficient, safe and sustainable, with researchers from external organisations to be invited to contribute.
