Cesaer and Earto provide plethora of recommendations in response to EU innovation initiatives
Research groups have called on the EU to better support young, upcoming talent to boost innovation in the bloc.
In separate papers published on 9 May, the European Association of Research and Technology Organisations (Earto) and the Cesaer group of science and technology universities both provided input on recent EU innovation initiatives in which they said more should be done to support fledgling innovators.
