Eight Irish firms claim 10 per cent of funding from innovation call

Eight Irish companies have claimed more than 10 per cent of total funding available for a highly anticipated EU innovation scheme.

In total, 72 European start-ups were allocated funding under the €314 million Horizon 2020 European Innovation Council Accelerator Pilot, the European Commission announced on 8 June.
