Researchers encouraged to publish all of their scientific publications in free depositories to meet goal
Utrecht University has adopted a targeted policy to encourage its researchers to publish all their articles, books and book chapters in open-access depositories.
Academics working at the university are not obliged to do this but will be “gently pushed”, according to university management.
