Sweden should aim for one in four students to gain international experience, study recommends
A report from two higher education organisations—Swedes in the World and Swedish International Students and Alumni—calls for more students to be encouraged to study abroad.
The report details measures by which the Swedish government could encourage more young people overseas. In an accompanying article in Göteborgs-Posten Louise Svanberg, chairwoman of lobby group Swedes in the World, said that internationalisation should not be phased out due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has stymied international travel.
