Oslo updates rules on dealing with threats and harassment

             

University says revisions will provide “safe and good” framework to protect academics who face abuse

The University of Oslo has updated instructions for staff on how to deal with threats and harassment in an effort to make academics feel safer at work.

A new website set up by the university provides both employees and managers with a checklist of what to do in case a staff member reports abusive behaviour, such as informing security and their immediate manager.
