Thesis “should have been done differently”, says Xavier Bettel

Luxembourg’s prime minister Xavier Bettel has admitted his university thesis “should have been done differently” following allegations that much of the work was plagiarised.

An investigation by local media platform reporter.lu, published on 27 October, alleged that a large proportion of the prime minister’s essay, published as part of a final dissertation paper when he was a student, was copied from other sources without attribution.
