Research commissioner says Horizon Europe shows commitment to openness, but sector still needs help
The European Commission is “walking the open science talk” in its vast Horizon Europe funding programme, according to Mariya Gabriel.
But the research commissioner (pictured) said more needs to be done to make sure researchers are on board.
