Hungary’s attempts at making changes to address EU concerns about the rule of law are inadequate, according to some MEPs.

In recent years, policies of Hungary’s government have come under international scrutiny, including a case where the EU Court of Justice ruled that a law affecting a university violated parts of the bloc’s charter.
