Junior researcher group to sign up to assessment reform

Eurodoc says commitments in EU-led agreement are “fundamental” to responsible practices

A group representing early career researchers has backed the EU-led push to reform research assessment.

The European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (Eurodoc) said on 28 July that it intends to sign the agreement on making assessment of institutions, projects and staff fairer and more representative of research activities beyond publications.
