Academics in New Zealand should “lobby a little bit” for EU collaboration, Horizon seminar hears
New Zealand’s researchers have been urged to tell their government to get on board with the European Union’s Horizon Europe R&D programme.
One aim of Horizon Europe is to increase research collaboration between the EU and the rest of the world. New Zealand and Australia are not formally attached to the programme, but multiple organisations from both countries received funding through Horizon 2020, the predecessor programme.
