White paper says regenerative farming has huge potential in New Zealand but needs further research

New Zealand’s agriculture industry wants more research to be carried out into the effects and benefits of “regenerative farming”, according to a white paper.

The paper, published by the Our Land and Water national science challenge centre, contrasts the low-impact method with traditional farming and identifies 17 “priority research topics”.
