Health Research Council releases NZ$80m in grants

Māori health studies, treatments for newborns and opioid replacement research all win funding

Almost NZ$80 million has been allocated to 53 research projects in New Zealand in the latest round of Health Research Council funding.

The funding includes four major Programme Grants of NZ$5m each, lasting five years, and three Pacific Health Project Grants.
