Latest UKAEA and UKSA data reveal growing gender pay gaps

                

Women are underrepresented and earn less than men in both organisations, reports show

The UK Atomic Energy Authority and UK Space Agency have vowed to take action after revealing growing gender pay gaps.

In its 2020 gender pay gap report, the UKSA reported a median gender pay gap of 17.9 per cent—an increase of 0.9 percentage points compared with 2019. Women were also underrepresented in its workforce, making up just 47 per cent of employees.
