AMRC submission to spending review says university life sciences research should be made more sustainable

The Association of Medical Research Charities has called on the UK government to boost its investment in quality research block grant funding to make life sciences research more sustainable for universities.

QR funding helps cover the indirect costs associated with research that are not directly covered by charity funding—including estate costs and institutional support—through the charity research support fund (CRSF).
