The Prince of Wales tells Royal Society conference that science is key to ‘scalable solutions’
The Prince of Wales has told scientists there is an urgent need for the scientific community to cooperate with industry to rapidly develop low-carbon technologies.
“Science and technology are frequently at the heart of the scalable solutions the world so desperately needs,” Prince Charles told delegates in an opening speech to the Commonwealth Science Conference, co-hosted by the Royal Society and the African Academy of Sciences, on 22 January.
