The UK government is reportedly in talks with a United Arab Emirates sovereign wealth fund to back a life sciences investment programme worth hundreds of millions of pounds.
According to the Financial Times, chancellor Rishi Sunak is finalising plans to launch the public-private investment fund, which could be announced as early as the budget on 3 March.
