Three candidates vying to be Scotland’s next first minister outline R&D views and plans
The Scottish National Party leadership race will soon draw to a close as the winner is expected to be announced on Monday.
Despite Scotland being home to some of the UK’s top universities, R&D and higher education has received a relatively small share of attention throughout the campaigns of the three first minister hopefuls as the main focus for all of them has been Scottish independence and how to achieve it.
