MPs launch inquiry to address lack of diversity in Stem

Committee seeks evidence on addressing underrepresentation in academia and industry

A House of Commons inquiry is to look at ways to improve diversity among those working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Launched by the Science and Technology Committee on 22 November, the inquiry will investigate the extent of underrepresentation in Stem and explore how policymakers, funding bodies, industry and academia can address it.
